Booking an order is simple. Browse the site and select your preferred furniture and equipment from our vast selection by Category or Collection. The desired items can be added to the cart for review prior to submission. Each item is priced providing clarity on expected cost but please note that larger orders may benefit of special volume pricing. Once ready, submit the order from your cart together with the order details. Our dedicated Rental Consultants will contact you in person over the phone or email to finalize the order or assist you further.

Our clients commonly prefer to have Rêve Rentals arrange for delivery, setup and dismantle at event completion, as this provides a completely hassle-free solution allowing you to focus on your guests. Should one want to, furniture can be picked up from and returned to our warehouse by the booking client. Kindly note that delivery setup charges will be billed in addition to the rental fee and this charge will be clearly explained to the client prior to order finalization and invoicing. Client pick-ups will require to be done in line with Rêve Rentals standard to ensure no furniture damage takes place during transportation.

Yes. Rêve Rentals Consultants work closely with you and can propose various alternatives and options to ensure the final goal is achieved. Should it be desired, our consultants can also perform a site visit to review the space needs on-site. Yes. When arranging delivery through Rêve Rentals, our team will bring the furniture on-site, set it up and dismantle everything at event end under the guidance of your dedicated Rental Consultant.

Order pricing is calculated by day, based on the type of event. Typical single events would be charged as a one-day rental but furniture can also be rented for multiple days depending on your individual needs.

Besides the furniture and equipment rental charges, one would need to consider the delivery fees and a standard security deposit that is refunded on return. Rêve Rentals operates at the highest professional standards and commits to clear pricing policy. All charges related to delivery or security deposit requirements will be clearly explained prior to order commitment.

Rêve Rentals supplies high-quality furniture and equipment in perfect condition for each event and function. On furniture setup, our team will complete a run-through with you to ensure all items are on-site and in perfect condition. Should an incident take place resulting in damage or misplacement, Rêve Rentals will calculate the cost for fixing or replacement with this charge deducted out of the security deposit or as mutually agreed with you.
