TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE
The Client confirms to Rêve Rentals that the person signing the contract has full authority to sign such an agreement.
2. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Confirmation of booking must be made in writing by signing the agreement and returning it to Rêve Rentals on or before the acceptance date.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are in AED. 100% in advance upon confirmation. Payment can be made by local (UAE) cheque payment or direct account deposit.
4. DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit mentioned in the quotation can be given in cash or as a postdated cheque separately, which will be returned to you upon receipt of the items in good condition on the agreed date.
5. DELIVERY AND RETURN – BREAKAGES OR LOSSES
a) Rêve Rentals shall provide the items in perfect condition and without apparent defects and The Client shall return them to Rêve Rentals with all equipment in the same condition and on the date set forth in this agreement.
b) It is the client’s responsibility to check all equipment and furniture upon delivery and immediately inform the Rêve Rentals representative should there be any problem. Rêve Rentals will commit to resolve any issue in the shortest time possible but will not be liable for any resulting damages.
c) In the event that the equipment is damaged during the rental period, the renter shall be liable for all repair costs to restore the equipment to its original state at the beginning of the rental period.
d) For dry rentals (collection and return from/to our warehouse by client) we require a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the items in good condition on the agreed date.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees: 25% of total invoice value when canceled up to 14 days before the event, 50% when canceled between 5-14 days before the event and 100% when canceled less than 5 days before the event.
7. PERMISSIONS – SECURITY PASSES
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary permissions/security passes have been obtained in order to ease site access to the Rêve Rentals Crew.
8. EXTRA CHARGE
Once goods are delivered and accepted, any change will be executed at an extra charge.
9. OUTDOOR EVENTS
In case of bad weather and if the event is moved to another venue, additional labor cost shall be charged. This charge will be decided based on the distance of the venue & the amount of equipment to be relocated. The exact rate shall be decided on the day/incurrence of such an event. Failure to accept the rates shall call for no obligation for Rêve Rentals to accept the shift of venue.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Although Rêve Rentals will use reasonable endeavors to meet its obligations in a prompt and efficient manner, it is not to be held accountable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control
11. INDEMNITY
The client shall indemnify Rêve Rentals and its employees against any right of claim for compensatory damages related to the contracted equipment rental or services provided by Rêve Rentals
12. DISCLAIMER
A job/event is considered booked on receiving your LPO/quote’s signature + 100% deposit. In case the client does not have an official internal LPO procedure, Client’s signature on this quotation & agreement will act as an LPO and confirms the Client’s approval to proceed & order/execute this quotation as per the terms given therein.
13. USE OF IMAGERY
The client agrees to allow Rêve Rentals to take photos of its own equipment as installed on sight for marketing purposes. Rêve Rentals commits not to take photos of people, not to use names of clients without prior permission and not to use pictures taken for any ulterior purposes.
14. DELIVERY POLICY
We provide delivery of our equipment to any address within the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC at a reasonable fee. We deliver through our affiliated logistics partners and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
However, please do note that logistics and delivery charges are based on the number and volume of items or products selected. Upon entering your delivery details, we will calculate the delivery charges based on your given address.
Kindly note that additional charges are levied should there be a change in date, time and address or an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the order. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for us to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
15. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be processed promptly and an email confirmation will be sent for all order requests with contact details of a dedicated Rêve representative. The representative will coordinate all rental order needs and handle any questions or requests you may have.
16. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
Dependent on the nature of event or order, if any cost arises in terms of tolls, taxes, duties or tariffs, any additional charges are to be borne by the client.
